In Hong Kong, I have a coach who is
Kenyan, and my running buddies include Aussies, Brits, Irish and Taiwanese.

I've also seen squirrels, a fox, dogs and a couple of tractors.
You will need to bring your own gels, however we have good
accommodation, and I am an excellent cook. Alternatively, you can try one of the excellent and cheap restaurants in the area. Carb loading is not an issue, as you can fat load instead - on
wine and
cheese.
